Frequently asked questions:

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted in the cabins or indoor spaces, but there will be designated outdoor areas for smoking.

Will alcoholic beverages be served?

Beer and wine will be served throughout the weekend. If you would like any liquor, please bring your own preference. There will be mixers available at the bar that you can use with any liquor you opt to bring for yourself.

When are mealtimes / when is the cafeteria open?

We will be serving Friday dinner and s’mores, Saturday breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, dessert, and Sunday breakfast. Exact meal times will be shared when you arrive at camp, but we do have a rough estimate of timing which you can read on the itinerary page of this website. There will be snacks and drinks available 24/7. Snacks will be available in the front of the cafeteria.  We are setting up a guest convenience area with granola bars, and pick me ups for in between meal times or late night bites. There will be numerous canoes across camp filled with ice and drinks all weekend also. There are water fountains all throughout camp that are also available 24/7 if you’d like to refill your water bottles.

Can I get a private room?

Private rooms are extremely limited and will be assigned by us based on necessity. You can fill out your needs and requests in the RSVP form. Please be genuine and honest as there are only 30 private rooms, and hundreds of people to house for the weekend. We want those who need private rooms to receive them. Most guests will be staying in shared cabins with their family members.

Are all events kid-friendly?

Yes!

What happens if someone gets hurt? Is there first aid?

We will have designated camp counselors to help in case of an accident. There will be first aid kits available. Call 911 in case of emergency.

If I bring a tent or RV and sleep outside do I need to pay for lodging?

Yes the lodging fee would still apply and we do not recommend bringing a tent.
